Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a creative, ambitious and initiative Marketing Manager.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for representing Factra including all our brands which will ultimately play a pivotal role in driving sales and growth across the business. Additionally, you will have the responsibility of identifying ongoing needs of the business and implementing that through your marketing skills.

This is an exciting time to join Factra as we are ambitious and you will be a key player in our success.

  • 2+ years marketing management (traditional and digital)

  • Gap analysis: the ability to understand market trends and business needs to improve marketing quality.

  • Clear examples of learning a new market

  • Experience of using analytics and monitoring tools to report on data, with the ability to analyse and present information, construct reports and make informed decisions.


    • Desirables:
  • B2B and B2C company experience

  • Sector experience (vape/ e-liquid/ vitamins/ health foods/ supplements)

  • FMCG sector experience, Digital marketing managment: 2 years (required)
