Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen within Cardiff and Vale UHB for a part time Office Manager to join the Public Health Dietetic Team. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative administrator with extensive skills and experience.

The successful candidate will work for the Public Health Dietetic team service, based at Riverside Health Centre for 19 hours over 5 days., The post holder will be responsible for the supervision and delivery of the administration function within the public health dietetic service. This will include overseeing the day to day processes of the department and maintaining communication throughout the team. Overseeing the ordering system, administration of accredited courses, waiting list management, validation, booking processes and gathering data. The post holder will supervise other administrative staff within the service.
