Full Job Description
- Diagnose complex symptoms across the whole range of vehicle systems, as well as routine service & repairs
- Ensure quality and a first time fix to delight our customers every time
- Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues & sell-up opportunities
- Communicate with workshop supervision regarding work progress
- Develop your skills & knowledge via regular training including EV
- Assist and coach your colleagues with technical assistance
- Maintain a clean & safe work bay
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent - At least 5 years of experience, preferably with a main dealership
- Diagnostic or Master Technician experience
- Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude
- Have the passion and ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Be enthusiastic, respectful and friendly to guests and colleagues
- Have an honest and diligent approach to work
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential
About Wilmoths - Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
- NO SATURDAYS REQUIRED!
- Basic salary range £26,000-£33,000 per year
- Plus substantial bonus opportunities of £5,000 to £10,000 per year
