Developer, IT Operations

rEvolution is seeking a Developer, IT Operations to join our growing sports marketing agency. In this role, reporting to the Manager, IT Operations, you will be responsible for internal and client web development projects, work alongside our external MSP and ensuring we deliver a market leading user experience.

You Will:

• Build and architect websites using CMS systems


• Web hosting configuration, maintenance and optimisation


• Integrating data from various back-end services and databases


• Assist with maintenance of company intranet


• Using user feedback to identify and correct problems with a client's web projects


• Assist with IT project rollout, and user adoption Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices


• 
  
  At least 2 years' experience of CMS based web development


• CSS, JavaScript, and PHP development skills


• Degree in computer science, or a related field


• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation process


• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills


• Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
