Designer / Printer Creative Specialist

Design Creation: Develop and execute compelling designs for our branded hair and cosmetic products, ensuring they align with our clients' vision and our company's standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with both internal designers and external customers to understand design requirements and deliver outstanding results.

Print Management: Oversee the operation of wide format printers, including managing print jobs and ensuring high-quality output. Comprehensive training will be provided for those without prior experience in this area.

Software Utilisation: Utilise Adobe Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, to create and refine designs. While we use Onyx RIP and Versaworks software, prior experience with these is not required as training will be provided.

Attention to Detail: Maintain a meticulous eye for detail throughout the design and printing process, ensuring accuracy and excellence in all outputs.

Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills, working effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and coordinating smoothly with internal team members to ensure cohesive project execution.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of design experience, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.

Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Suite, with strong skills in Adobe Illustrator. Familiarity with Onyx RIP and Versaworks is a plus but not mandatory.

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is crucial, ensuring that all designs meet our high standards and client expectations.

Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your design work must be submitted with your application.

Team Player: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where teamwork and meeting deadlines are essential.

Communication: Strong communication skills are essential for successful collaboration with both customers and internal teams.

Our rapidly growing company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Print/Design team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in a creative environment, working on the cutting edge of product design and branding within the cosmetic industry.

Schedule: Typically, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
