Design & Poject Coordinator

To oversee and manage all aspects of projects from start to completion, ensuring that design and production drawings are clear and understood by the client and production. Project is manufactured within budget and timelines are adhered to.
Making sure that there is a clear flow of information and communication between all relevant parties (client, production team and installation crew) and Managing Basecamp (our inhouse project management software). Providing Risk management to show organisers as well as ordering on site services for electric, rigging and other requirements necessary for the exhibition stand design. Managing inventories, storage of exhibits and providing a follow-up report to client and Senior Management detailing overall outcome of the projects.

Duties

• Defining design and concept with client or project manager.


• Producing visuals and drawings of the exhibition stand.


• Creation and distribution of Customer Supply Agreement.


• Ensuring a clear accurate, concise information flow throughout the duration of the project to both Client and Management.


• Creation of Project Planners.


• Presentation of concept/design and timelines to Client and Management to gain client agreement.


• Setting up and ongoing monitoring of Milestones in project planning.


• Ensuring timelines are adhered to i.e. graphic production and other 3rd Party requirements.
