We would welcome applicants who are members of these groups and other underrepresented groups to apply., This is a new post and the successful applicant will be supported by the experienced Pharmacy Healthcare Governance Manager and work within the established pharmacy governance team.
The focus of the role is to lead the quality governance agenda within pharmacy. This will require strong organisational skills in order to work autonomously to develop and lead the pharmacy quality improvement programme including fulfilling the role of audit lead for pharmacy, investigating and responding to complaints, producing reports to highlight learning and improvement, and escalate concerns to the Pharmacy Management Board.
The post holder will also deliver training and provide expertise and guidance to all levels of pharmacy staff on a range of governance topics and support the Pharmacy Healthcare Governance Manager in the implementation of Trust wide medicine safety initiatives., Please view the attached Job Description and Person Specification documents for full details regarding this post.
