Deputy Manager for Domiciliary Care

We are currently expending and do the massive grow of our business ,we are looking to recruit a Deputy Care Manager to assist our Director and Operations Manager.,

• Liaising with Social workers, Service Users and anyone involved in the SU care plan .


• Completing care plans and reviews.


• Setting up new care packages.


• Carrying out spot checks.


• Assisting the Director & Operations Manager.


• Assisting with recruitment.


• Driven and ambitious, and willing to progress in career.

• Enthusiastic and energetic .


• Natural ability to form strong relationships.


• Have a real grasp on the workings of a domiciliary care sector.


• Creative and outside of the box lateral thinking.


• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; along with excellent written and communication skills; including word, outlook and excel.


• Full Driving Licence and own car as this role will require travel to visit Service Users .


• oversee the weekly rota alongside the care coordinator.


Requirements

• The candidate must hold at least NVQ 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and willing to work towards NVQ 5.


• Must have good experience and knowledge of the Domiciliary Care Industry, in a previous similar role in a domiciliary care setting.
  
  £30,000- £34,000 p/year depending on experience.
