The Governing Body are looking to appoint a dynamic and pro-active Deputy Headteacher with the personal presence to drive improvement in standards and to shape the future of our school. You should

- have the strategic skills to lead quality assurance systems and improvement planning across the school
- have the drive to promote and develop outstanding teaching and learning in a large school
- demonstrate proven leadership experience and the ability to secure improvement
- be able to inspire and motivate staff
- have the perseverance, energy and empathy to support achievement for young people from all backgrounds.
