Deputy Front of House Manager (Buttery)

As Deputy Front of House Manager you will assist the Front of House Manager in managing all front of house operations, primarily in the main Dining Hall (known internally as the Buttery). The team delivers exceptional service and provision for members of the College including daily dining, College feasts and events. This role supports the Front of House Manager and will deputise in their absence to ensure that the Front of House team thrives, and that it develops and adapts to provide an efficient, high quality and sustainable operation. The role will include evenings and weekends with a requirement to be flexible around working patterns in order to support the needs of the operation.

• Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)


• Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)


• Bar management: 1 year (preferred)


• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)


• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)


• Management: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
