Deputy Dispensary Manager

The principal role is to provide support to the Dispensary Manager. The post holder will be required to act in a supervisory role and work alongside the Dispensary Manager to assist with the implementation of departmental changes. The post holder will support with the co-ordination of the day to day running of the dispensary to ensure the service is provided to all users in a timely manner. The post holder will also assist with the training and development of all staff.
