Are you passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of every child? Coleridge Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and resilient Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead/Attendance Officer to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will play a pivotal part in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, coordinating support systems to ensure their safety and well-being at all times., Act as a proactive advocate for the safety and welfare of all students.

Coordinate support systems to address the individual needs of students and promote positive attendance.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding.

Empathy and compassion towards children and families.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Flexible, adaptable and creative and able to respond positively to change.

Has a drive for excellence and a desire to be outstanding.

Is a team member who will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students.

Has experience of working in Children's Social Care, Residential Care and/or Education.
