Demi Chef de Partie

Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK. You will be joining a passionate, supportive, and successful dining team, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store., As a Demi Chef De Partie, your role is to act as a vital part of the team by ensuring the smooth running of a section and providing support to the Chef De Partie and other team members.

In this role, you'll actively provide direction and support to the team to deliver the day to day operational requirements. You'll assist the management in the planning and forecasting of stock and orders, support with the organisation, stock rotation and labelling of food that is stored. You'll guarantee that Food Safety standards are adhered to by enforcing a high standard of hygiene and sanitation in all-food related outlets.

You'll have a strong track record of time spent within a professional kitchen, managing your own section ideally within a prestigious 5

• hotel, cruise ship or other high volume catering environment.


You'll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You'll have exceptional interpersonal skills and good attention to detail, which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels. Having good PC literacy is a must.
