Full Job Description

We have a 12-month fixed term contract for a Demand Planner to join our Lamberts Healthcare team in Tunbridge Wells to support the Sales and Operation Planning for many of our leading vitamin, mineral supplements.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Stock Level: accurate stock level management for Natures Best, Lamberts and Export brands.

  • Demand Planning Expertise: Being a one stop contact for the department in relation to any questions regarding projects, demand queries, stock or supply.

  • Impact of Failure: service level decrease and products back orders (Supply Chain), incorrect inventory level (write offs), increase of logistics costs.

  • Accuracy of Recording: of stock write-off, movements and adjustments in preparation for financial audit.

  • Inventory: Developing inventory strategies on existing items, slow sellers, new products, and product phase outs.

    What we are looking for:
  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset: within an integrated supply chain with experience of working with products in high volume and high demand environments.

  • Problem-solving Mindset: demonstrated ability to be proactive and self-motivated to continuously improve processes and procedures.

  • Attention to Detail: accurate and methodical with an eye for detail with an ability to manage time and great organisation within a multitasking and time pressured environment.

  • Numeric + Data Fluency: excellent numerical skills, with comfort using large data sets. You'll need to have great IT/systems use on Office and Excel including using formulas and VLookups. Experience of of ERP systems and forecasting software is desirable.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: you will need to communicate and influence multiple stakeholders, so great written and verbal communication in English is needed.
