Full Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for Partnerize's clients


  • Creating and analysing reports

  • Uploading creative contents

  • Assisting with client invoice processes

  • Commission Changes for Partners

  • Reconciliations

  • Complex commission definitions


  • Manage tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met

    Liaise with internal teams to ensure we provide extensive service for clients

    The Delivery Operations team sits at the heart of Customer Success, with the mission to provide excellent service for our clients. As a member of the Delivery Operations Team, you are expected to perform administrative tasks to support the Customer Success teams at Partnerize. You are expected to be efficient, reliable with attention to detail. You will be fully trained on all tasks and applications required in the role. The tasks you will be involved in are varied, which means no day is ever the same, and there are always opportunities to learn and expand your skill set. As a Delivery Ops Associate, you will become a Partnerize platform expert, and have the opportunity to work with renowned brands globally.,

  • Contract Role: This role is a fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. Position could last 9-12 months depending on need. Candidates will need to be local to the Newcastle area and able to work in office 1-2 days a week., Enhanced Parental Leave: 6 months full pay for birth parent, 4 weeks non-birth parent at full pay after one year employment
