- Provide administrative support for Partnerize's clients
- Creating and analysing reports
- Uploading creative contents
- Assisting with client invoice processes
- Commission Changes for Partners
- Reconciliations
- Complex commission definitions
- Client or customer support experience
- Teamwork, strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and soft skills
- Comprehensive computer literacy
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge in digital marketing
- Strong working knowledge of Excel or similar with experience in usage of Functions and Formulas
- Experience working with administrative tasks

Position could last 9-12 months depending on need. The Delivery Operations team sits at the heart of Customer Success, with the mission to provide excellent service for our clients. As a member of the Delivery Operations Team, you are expected to perform administrative tasks to support the Customer Success teams at Partnerize. You are expected to be efficient, reliable with attention to detail. You will be fully trained on all tasks and applications required in the role. The tasks you will be involved in are varied, which means no day is ever the same, and there are always opportunities to learn and expand your skill set. As a Delivery Ops Associate, you will become a Partnerize platform expert, and have the opportunity to work with renowned brands globally.,
