Delivery Manager

The purpose of the role is to lead and manage both the operational and people elements of your Delivery team to support achievement of business goals.
This role appointment is dependent on the successful candidate holding or passing an appropriate level of Security Clearance,

• Set, communicate and manage your team against performance expectations, goals and objectives.


• Delegate work, tasks and projects as appropriate to ensure the team's deliverables can be met.


• Develop, support and coach your team to achieve their maximum potential.


• Manage under performance via regular reviews using motivational and performance management techniques.


• Monitor and provide regular activity reports on all agreed KPI's and quality standards
  
  Experience of leading a large operational team within the Apprenticeship space


• Experience of fast paced planning and scheduling within large operational functions


• Experience of working in a customer centric, fast paced, matrix environment


• Experience of people and performance management, personal development, coaching


• Identifying business process improvements and encouraging team input


• Understanding QAA Quality code, familiar with developments in Apprenticeship administration and programme delivery
