At every stage of the delivery process, we put customer service at the heart of everything we do - so whether we're loading orders onto vans and delivering to homes, routing trucks to distribution centres or moving bricks to building sites, we pay attention to the small details however large the load.

Our Head Office is based in Wednesbury in the West Midlands, but we operate a delivery network across the UK, and pride ourselves on engaging the very best people who share our values and determination to maintain the highest standards at every stage of the customer experience for some of the best-known UK brands and industries.

Our Delivery Teams (consisting of a Driver and Delivery Service Assistant) are at the front line of our delivery service, ensuring that our customers receive their orders when they are expected, and that they are treated with exceptional customer service.

You will pick up your loaded vehicle and be responsible for the deliveries that have been planned for your route. We mainly deliver bulky furniture and other high value goods, and we offer a selection of delivery services, so your route may include delivering to the customer's room of choice, and sometimes assembly (Full training will be provided)

Key Responsibilities:

· To collect loaded vehicles from Company depots and take them out on planned routes

· To follow the Company processes and procedures with regard to communication with customers and conduct within customer premises

· To notify the Company of any issues with deliveries in line with agreed procedures

· To keep vehicles clean and well maintained

· Must hold a full, valid driving licence

· Applicants must be able to meet and maintain Company driving standards

· You must be prepared to follow Company instructions and adapt when plans change

· You should be able to communicate well and build effective working relationships

· You must be able to work well under pressure,
