Full Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Data Quality Officer to join the Case Management Support Team at Calderdale. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the implementation of the new case management system, Mosaic, working across both Adults and Children's Social Care directorates.

A significant element of the system implementation is the migration of data from the current case management systems, CIS and CASS into the new system, Mosaic. It has been highlighted that some of the data in the existing systems is not suitable for migration and we are looking for someone who can focus on reviewing and cleaning the data to resolve any data quality issues to ensure a successful migration.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying data issues in the current systems CIS and CASS.

  • Carrying out data cleaning activities to improve data quality.

  • Escalate data quality challenges to Management/Project Leads.

  • Identify any common issues within the data.

  • Assist with any testing of data migrated into Mosaic.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • An eye for detail and quality.

  • High level of competence in IT skills.

  • Experience in assisting or training colleagues.

  • Ideally experience in working in Children's or Adults social care., Disability Confident
