Full Job Description

· Transfer data from various formats into computer files or database systems using specialist software

· Execute precise data entry and verification tasks

· Implement data checking procedures to ensure accuracy

· Query anomalies if and when required

· Previous experience as a Data Entry Administrator is preferred but not essential as training will be provided

· Strong Excel knowledge is a must as you'll exporting data, producing reports, updating spreadsheets and databases

· Strong written and verbal communication is paramount

· Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Accurate information allows us to provide a comprehensive service delivery to our clients, so your back-office data entry skills are needed and will be valued.

Due to a recent internal promotion, we have an opportunity for someone to join our small but well-oiled team. £23,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, We're looking to offer a salary of circa £23,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer 23 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
