Data Co-ordinator (fixed term)

The unit is seeking to recruit a Data Coordinator to work within our multidisciplinary team, to coordinate the handling of research data across a number of research projects. Due to a number of research grants recently being funded we are looking to expand and develop our Data Management team so this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing unit., Requests for secondment from internal candidates may be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are already undertaking a secondment role.

Candidates should have a HNC or HND in a relevant subject, or equivalent qualifications/certification, or considerable experience in a relevant role(s).

Candidates should have experience of working on clinical trials and be familiar with clinical trial databases, the process of data cleaning, and with some experience of case report forms/data capture design, quality management systems and the writing of system or process documentation.
