The Opportunity

We're looking for you to join us as a Client Health and Safety Data Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our digital tools and platforms across the HPC project. Working closely with our Health and Safety team, you'll lead the development of innovative platforms to automate and manage health and safety data, driving trend analysis, monthly reporting, and addressing ad-hoc requests.

What you will be doing…

As our next Health & Safety Data Analyst, your roles and responsibilities in your daily operations will include:

- Collaborate with the Client Health and Safety Team and Learning Team to uncover the wealth of health and safety data and project culture insights within the HPC project.
- Spearhead the development of an interactive Power BI dashboard and a customised monthly reporting template, empowering teams to proactively address health, safety, and project cultural concerns.
- Innovate methodologies to conduct trend analysis on health and safety data, providing valuable insights into project dynamics and potential areas for improvement.
- Assist the Safety & Regulation Director in generating comprehensive data and reporting metrics to meet routine and ad-hoc reporting requirements effectively.
- Drive the development of user-friendly platforms within the existing HPC digital suite, amplifying the visibility of client health and safety deliverables across the project.
