Full Job Description

The Platforms Reporting Associate at TPO will provide centralised support for a variety of tasks and, in turn, deliver a professional, compliant, effective administration service to colleagues and third-party organisations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working within Excel and working within a data heavy role.,

  • Maintain the Curo database system ensuring that all tasks are completed in line with company policy and procedures.

  • Maintain the accuracy of client data held on Curo to include input and cleansing as appropriate.

  • Manage all valuation tasks and queries in a timely, compliant manner, meeting agreed performance standards.

  • Contact and liaise with relevant product providers/third parties to obtain accurate policy information for valuation production direct from the provider/platform website or via telephone.

  • Support with review meeting outputs as agreed through the service menu for clients.

  • Handle all client disengagement requests in a timely, compliant and efficient manner that will meet the agreed performance standards.

  • Complete project related activities or general tasks as instructed by your line manager or senior colleagues and follow through to completion dealing with any queries that arise from these activities.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and third parties.

  • Provide recommendations/improvement ideas to increase operational efficiencies within the team.

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

  • Ideally some experience within financial service but not essential. We are looking for an excellent Administrator with great attention to detail and a good level of Excel.

  • Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems.

  • Organisation and prioritisation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.

  • Professional telephone manner.
