Damp & Mould Supervisor

We're delivering more services across our properties to support our ambitions of leading our sector in customer service and we're excited for a Damp & Mould Supervisor to join our team - and we need you!

You'll be responsible for the management of the Damp & Mould Decorators across all regions. You'll make sure that all resources are utilised efficiently and work closely with colleagues and contractors to ensure work is completed to the highest standards in a timely manner.

You'll lead a team of 14 decorators across South, South East and South West areas, overseeing the delivery of our Mould Treatment activities which help maintain healthy living conditions for our customers.

Using your proactive and forward-thinking approach, you'll work collaboratively with all stakeholders across the business to ensure the delivery of a high performing service to all homes within the operating area.

We offer hybrid working so, when you're not working from home, you'll be able to be based out of either our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD), Horndean office (PO8 9NN), Bracknell office (RG12 1RF) or our Yeovil office (BA22 8WN).
