An experienced Domestic Abuse Team Manager is required to join our Domestic Abuse Service Management team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing the Doncaster Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) the Domestic Abuse Hub and Gypsy Roma Traveller liaison support worker.

The successful candidate will manage DA Hub staff working on the helpline, administration assistants responsible for coordination and administration of referrals into the service, the MARAC and the Gypsy Roma Traveller Liaison worker. There will be a requirement to Chair the Doncaster MARAC meeting on a rota basis and MARAC Steering Group.
Our staff work tirelessly to support victims of domestic abuse across Doncaster. The service is currently undergoing a restructure and in addition to administration, helpline and the Gypsy Roma Traveller Liaison, there will two teams of Independent Domestic Violence Advocates providing support to help people improve their personal safety, leave abusive relationships and rebuild their lives. The Domestic Abuse Service also delivers training and awareness, media campaigns and coordinates Domestic Homicide Reviews. The successful candidate will work alongside the two IDVA team managers to deliver the work of the Domestic Abuse Service.
