Collaborating closely with BA colleagues, the BA Cyber Team, and IAG Tech, you'll forge product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that empower us to navigate the digital landscape with confidence. • Seamless Global Connectivity: As the Cyber Product Owner for Connect, your mission is to ensure that our colleagues worldwide can securely access BA resources with minimal friction and zero frustration, enabling a seamless and connected operational experience.


• Technical Leadership: You'll provide technical cyber leadership across all of BA's networking and connectivity security products, including Akamai, AWS Network Security, Forcepoint, Pulse and others, guiding the evolution of our secure networking solutions.


• Strategic Vision: Crafting product visions, strategies, and roadmaps, you'll align your work with the BA's objectives and support new and emerging use cases within the BA business.


• Innovative Implementation: By evaluating, implementing, and communicating new network security tools and features, you will enhance our security posture while continuously measuring the performance of both new and existing tools.


• Product Excellence: You will create guidance for BA's security products, developing hardening standards and configuration baselines to fortify our security tools.


• Integrated Defence: Leading cyber reviews, you will ensure that our security tools operate harmoniously to provide integrated layers of defence and consistent global protection.
  
  An excellent communicator, you possess the remarkable ability to make complex technical issues accessible to stakeholders at all levels.


• Highly analytical with a methodical and structured approach, you possess a keen eye for detail.


• Proficient in reviewing security reference architectures, patterns, and guidance.



• Strong technical security skills related to the design and implementation of secure networking solutions.



• Experience with network security products including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, DDoS mitigation solutions. Akamai experience is desirable.
