Full Job Description

Our client is an innovative company based in Warwick, that has been developing software solutions for over 30 years and is seeking an experienced Customer Support Manger to join their Customer Support team. Due to their current team member going on Maternity Leave they are now looking to acquire the services of an experienced Customer Support Manager on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will be responsible in overseeing a team of representatives to deliver the ultimate customer service and customer satisfaction. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a well-established business and successful candidates would need to have a previous experience in a customer support/service manager role.,

  • Coach and guide a team of customer support representatives to boost their performance.

  • Delegate workloads to ensure optimal productivity.

  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide individual performance feedback.

  • Ensure the team are providing the utmost customer service, adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Identify and address key areas of development from customer queries & complaints.

  • Monitor KPIs.

  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

    Previous customer support or related field experience is essential.

  • Previous experience within a leadership/management role.

  • Successful management and development of customer support teams.

  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.

  • An adept problem solver.

  • Committed team player.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast past and dynamic environment.

    Competitive salary

  • Working Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm or 8:30am-5pm
