Full Job Description

We are looking for an organised, diligent and tech. literate person to join our small team as a Customer Support Representative.

Our business provides online, digital advertising services to small-to-medium sized companies throughout the UK. We manage their advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook and Instagram, helping them to generate enquiries and grow their business.

This much needed role will help us provide an even better service to our clients before they come on board, during the onboarding process, and throughout their time with us as a customer.

This is a varied role, which will involve:

  • Supporting potential clients who contact us via live-chat, email or phone, with their pre-sales questions

  • Helping new clients when they come on board with us, to share technical advertising assets, such as Meta advertising accounts, Google Ads accounts, Google Analytics etc. This will be done over via screen-sharing over Zoom and/or TeamViewer, so it's vital that you are comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction in this way

  • Helping existing clients with ongoing queries about their service with us, to ensure their complete satisfaction

  • Liaising with our remote ad managers to ensure our advertising clients achieve the results they are looking for

  • Making minor adjustments to Meta or Google advertising campaigns, where this is more efficient than communicating simple changes to a remote team member

  • This role will involve direct customer contact via 'live chat', email, telephone and video call, so your communication skills and professionalism must be second to none. The sharing of customers' assets is a little technical, and while some training can be given in this area, it would be a distinct advantage if you were familiar with tools such as Facebook's Business Manager and Google's MCC.

Working hours for this role will be from Monday to Friday, and approximately 3-4 hours per day during office hours, although this may be subject to slight variation and/or slight negotiation of working hours to suit the perfect candidate.
