Full Job Description

As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice of Tes Global, providing outstanding support to our customers across various channels including email, phone, and webchat. Your role will involve not only resolving customer queries but also championing their feedback within our organization to drive continuous improvement.,

  • Handle customer contacts promptly and professionally, ensuring all issues are logged and resolved to meet agreed SLAs.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.

  • Take ownership of customer enquiries, providing technical support and assistance throughout their contract lifetime.

  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to advise and enhance the customer experience.

  • Process advert requests and queries, demonstrating a keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.

    Proven experience in customer communication, demonstrating strong comprehension and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to take initiative.


  • Desirable Experience:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM systems and IT literacy.
