Full Job Description

Customer Support Administrator RCN Cardiff Gate, 35 hours, fixed term contract/secondment until December 2024 At the Royal College of Nursing we're an optimistic organisation. And we've got good reason to be. We all share the same voice when it comes to changing the shape of the health policies of the future. And as the largest trade union of nursing staff and students in the UK - with over half a million members - all we can see are the infinite possibilities for a brighter future. Join us and you will too. We're accredited with Investors in People Silver Standard. Our people are our greatest asset, and we want people who can contribute to our purpose in line with our values. As a customer support administrator, you'll use your enthusiasm, positivity and your customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to our members. In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will be taking inbound calls, making outbound retention calls and answering member

queries via email and web chat. We'll look to you to deliver excellent customer service consistently across all our communication channels. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential. As well as exceptional customer service skills, to join us you'll need great communication, customer retention experience, rapport building skills and, ideally, have a contact centre background in a customer service environment. Whatever your background, you'll be efficient, accurate and show a real customer focus in all you do. To succeed at the Royal College of Nursing all you need to do is think bigger, better and brighter. And with an attitude like that, anything's possible.
