Full Job Description

  • Answering incoming calls.

  • Making outbound calls to customers.

  • Identifying customer needs and requirements.

  • Providing information and advice to customers on products and services.

  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone & email.

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

    Hoban Skips are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our ever growing team. We are a family run skip hire and waste management company that has been established for over 5 years. This position will see you working in a fast paced environment in a lively office.


    • The right candidate needs to be self-motivated and extremely organised, can work in a busy environment and is competent with their knowledge of Buckinghamshire and the surrounding area.,
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

  • Experience in customer service.

  • Close attention to detail when inputting to systems.

  • Good IT skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload.

  • Ability to work from a price list relating to size of skips, distance and waste types.

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and cope under pressure., Do you have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer services?, GCSE or equivalent (required)
