HomeServe are currently recruiting for Customer Services Representatives to join our busy Retention department at our Walsall site.

To join us as a Customer Service Representative, you don't need a specific background or qualifications. All we ask is that you have some previous customer service experience and the following attributes:

  • A great listener, who can understand what our Customers need

  • Resilience, demonstrating the ability to deal with difficult and challenging situations

  • Eager to learn all about our products and processes

  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service

  • Detail-focused, so you can follow our processes correctly

    What can HomeServe offer me?

    Salary: £25,500 (full time, 40 hours)
    This is a full time, permanent role, which requires successful candidates to be able to work their 40 hours a week on a fully flexible basis in our Contact Centre Operations. Our working hours are as follows:
    Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 4pm and Sunday/Bank holiday 10-4pm. Rotas are published 4 weeks in advance enabling you to balance your work and home life.

    Where will I work?
    Whilst you will be required to work full time from our Walsall office (WS2 7BN) until your probation period has successfully been completed, after this you'll become eligible for our hybrid working model. We'll also do our best to schedule late shifts and weekends to be worked from home wherever possible, when the time comes.,
