Full Job Description

  • Answering inbound sales and enquiries: Be the hero that rescues lost bed souls and guides them to comfort heaven.

  • Replying to emails and live chat service: Your keyboard is your weapon, and impeccable grammar is your superpower.

  • Dealing with third-party and internal courier services: Navigate through the logistical jungle like a bed ninja.

  • Liaising with our Workshop & Dispatch teams: Coordinating to ensure beds fly out the door smoothly.

If you've got a knack for turning frowns upside down and possess the Jedi-like ability to navigate customer service waters with grace, then we want to hear from you!, Experience in customer service is desired: Previous experience calming storms in the customer seas will be highly appreciated.

  • Positive, calm, and polite manner: Channel your inner zen master even when faced with the wildest customer dreams.

  • Ability to learn as you go and adapt to changes: We're a bed company, not a museum. Flexibility is key!

  • Google Cloud & Excel experience preferred: Spreadsheet wizardry is a plus - you'll be our bedsheet sorcerer!

  • Confident phone user and email writer: Communicating with finesse.

  • A driver would be useful because of the evening hours and bank holiday buses!

  • During the evenings this role will rub shoulders with the Directors of the business, your professionalism in this role will be for all to see., customer service: 2 years (required)

    35h week permanent position: Because we believe in the power of beauty sleep.

  • 12pm - 8pm with 1 hour lunch: Fuel up for your daily adventures! Initial training will be 9am-5pm, which is likely to be 3 months. Shift allowance is payable for 12pm-8pm hours.

  • Incremental annual bonus after 2, 3 and 4 years of service - £1000 each year.

  • We work on Bank Holidays (except Christmas Day and Boxing Day): You'll get to use your 28 days holiday whenever you like!
