Full Job Description
Processing orders on the system, completing all necessary paperwork, aiming to ensure that deliveries are scheduled to meet customer expectations and that orders are dispatched in box quantities wherever possible Responding promptly to customer enquiries - via email, phone and website
- Proactively maintaining regular contact with customers to build strong customer relationships
- Efficient handling of customer after sales requirements: issuing credit notes, resolving customer complaints, answering pricing queries
- Updating CRM system
- Ensuring that customer pricing agreements are kept up to date

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing fantastic customer service. You'll be part of a team processing orders and resolving customer queries regarding our extensive range of engineered components and fasteners.
To succeed in this role you'll need to be great on the phone, super organised, proactive and a real team player., At least a years' office-based sales/customer service experience
- Great customer service skills - listening, negotiation, problem-solving, commercially astute
- Characteristics - driven, resilient, honest, friendly & approachable, supportive of colleagues
- Good attention to detail
- Able to prioritise effectively
- Experience with industrial products/customers would be advantageous,
- Office based customer service: 1 year (required)
