Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.

• Duties:


- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally

- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution

- Utilize upselling techniques to recommend additional products or services

- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish

- Perform data entry to update customer information accurately

- Analyze customer needs to offer personalized solutions

- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Proficiency in English and Spanish; multilingual abilities are a plus

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Ability to analyze customer information to provide tailored solutions

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Bilingual proficiency is preferred for effective communication with diverse customers
