Full Job Description

  • Be a dedicated resource to diagnose and repair all Manitou products onsite as required in accordance with the jobs assigned to you by the CSP department.

  • Report and update to the CSP desk on the status of all jobs status, whether warranty or retail work.

  • Keep the CSP desk fully up to date of the job arrival time onsite and visit completion with a full diagnostic report of the job outcome.

  • All job cards processed in a timely fashion with the CSP desk to allow prompt invoicing.

  • Promote Manitou machines and its business in a professional manor

  • Follow all site rules and regulations, working safely at all times to the guidance given internally and externally.

  • Participate in all relevant training as required.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required

    Good communication, organisational, and basic IT skills

  • Technical knowledge of machinery, engineering and would be beneficial to have knowledge of Manitou products.

  • Able to work under own initiative.

  • Working in a technical environment desirable but not essential.

  • Google suite experience desirable but not essential.

  • Ability to work within a very friendly, personable but purposeful team.

  • Open, honest, hardworking team player of high integrity and able to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
