Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and team performance., Manage and supervise the customer service team to deliver high-quality service
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions

- Interacting with customers daily by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate service for their needs.
- Analyze customer service data to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to optimize performance
- Monitor team performance metrics and set goals for continuous improvement

- Creating customer loyalty programs to increase revenue and improve client retention.
- Communicate with customers via multiple channels to address inquiries and feedback

Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address complex customer issues
- Prior experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
