Customer Service / Internal Sales Order Processor

Responsible for day to day team functions and sales office administrators, dealing with all aspects of the customer ordering process, the administration of our branch network and all sales office administration functions.

Providing a professional and efficient service for customers dealing with both inbound and outbound sales calls in Van-Line's Internal Sales Department.,

• Ensure Sales targets are achieved on a monthly basis


• SOP


• Manage all sales order processing functions.


• Retention, Penetration, New Business


• Use the CRM package to manage all customer data.


• KPI's


• Encourage and motivate the team to improve the Daily sales average


• Motivate the team to increase average order value


• Manage and motivate the team to increase lines per order


• Make a valued contribution to the Van-Line QMS by working towards continual improvement in the role

• Focussed on KPI's to deliver sales targets utilising a portfolio of existing customers and will also be required to prospect for new clients.


• Knowledge of consumable product distribution would be an advantage.


• PC literate and competent with all Sage and Microsoft office applications.


• Competent communicator - verbal and in writing


• Be able to handle sensitive customer contact issues
