Full Job Description

  • Provide a customer specialist repairs and maintenance service

  • Assist our Customer Service Advisors and our Contract Surveyors regarding contract and technical issues

  • Dealing predominantly with complex requests from our contractors and assist in complaint resolution with our colleagues

  • Share knowledge on repairs diagnostics with internal and external stakeholders.

  • 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday

  • This is a hybrid role, and you'll spend at least of those 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

    Previous experience of dealing with technical diagnostic issues over the telephone with customers and contractors

  • A strong advocate in developing, rolling out up-skill plans for Customer Service Advisor to help build our in-house capabilities

  • Knowledge of or experience of project manage service transfers into Customer Service Centre and handle complex complaints, issues surrounding contract exclusions and re-charges

  • Strong customer service skills and be able to empathise with customer needs

  • Contract management knowledge and experience

  • A team player attitude and are effective in self-management and prioritisation of daily workload.

    Hybrid working (2 days in office at One Strawberry Lane and 3 days working from home)
