Full Job Description
You will be interacting with customers and ensuring they experience a friendly service whilst they are storing their possessions with Lok'nStore.
Our teams take great pride in their store and enjoy providing a storage solution for everyone!
As part of the role, you will be responsible for:
· Completing daily sales administration
· Helping customers over the phone, face to face or on a PC
· Ensuring customers leave feeling confident that their belongings are safe and secure with us
· Ad-Hoc facilities administration to guarantee smooth running of the store and provide a great first impression
We pride ourselves on the friendly service our team members provide so we are particularly focused on finding people who are:
· Confident, outgoing and instantly likeable
· Professional with excellent attention to detail
· Excellent communicator with great organisational skills
· Confident using a computer - you will receive training on our systems.
· Confident working with the public and others in the team.
And finally we are looking for someone who can offer the best quality customer service - previous sales experience would be beneficial.
