Full Job Description

  • A great telephone manner and a clear voice. We don't generally make many outgoing calls, but the position will include taking incoming calls from clients and prospective clients. These calls may include advising prospective clients about our services and discussing existing client's services and their account status.

  • Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • The ability to master our accounts/CRM system to make entries and create reports etc. Full training will be given.

  • The ability to work in a small, busy, open plan office. Flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances is important, as is a willingness to step-in and provide support to other staff members in different roles, as is often needed in a small business.
