Full Job Description

We are looking to appoint a Customer Services Assistant to join our busy Customer and Digital team, helping West Suffolk Council to support our customers and communities.
You will provide high quality administrative and business processing support and reception cover and will also be expected to provide advice to customers, mainly responding to telephone enquiries and emails.
What you will need:
The successful candidate will have experience of working as an administrator in a customer facing environment and will be very organised with excellent attention to detail and IT skills. We are looking for someone who responds positively to change and can make a difference to our service and our customers. This role will require you to work a minimum of 2 days a week in the office, at West Suffolk House, Bury St Edmunds.
