Customer Service Advisor (Full-time)

NFU Mutual Cambridge is looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our team. The Customer Service Adviser will play a key role in the success of a local business. You will specialise in insurance and financial services, build relationships and ensure our customers are always well cared for.

Proividing exceptional customer service, you will handle new enquiries, alterations and renewals of insurance policies. You will also maximise sales opportunities including cross-selling insurance and financial services to existing customers. You will receive commission for new business sales.
