Your Criteria for Success will include: Customer Service

Work well towards targeted KPI's

Liaising with internal support functions

Clear communication with customers and suppliers

Dealing with daily queries

Make outbound prospect calls

Enthusiastic and able to demonstrate initiative and leadership

Experience in the non-food sector - Catering Products, Disposables, Cleaning & Hygiene

and Equipment would be useful, but is by no means a barrier to an individual with the drive

to succeed and develop in a truly dynamic environment

Excellent telephone manner coupled with a drive to please our customers is essential for our Customer Service positions.
