About The RoleReporting into the Customer Service Team Leader, the role of the Customer Service Advisor is to deliver service excellence and manage the entire customer experience, end to end, working with the customer to provide the optimum outcome…Key Responsibilities Providing first class customer service over the telephone, email & web-chatSecuring the hire, sales and service of our full product rage Managing customer accounts including
