Full Job Description

  • Primarily answering and dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email

  • Work closely within an established team to meet daily deadlines

  • Processing sales orders

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers

  • Managing support cases


  • Health & Safety (applicable to all roles)
  • Duty of care for yourself and others

  • Accountable for role modelling safe working practices and behaviours.

  • Responsible for the proactive reporting and escalation of health and safety issues and concerns as appropriate.

    A new position is available for a Part Time Customer Service Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Customer Service Team in a growing business based near Ely with opportunity for future progression. Prior experience in customer Service is essential., Experience in customer service and/or sales role

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent time management and prioritising skills

  • Excellent team player with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good all-round IT Skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Adept at learning (we have a database of over 2000 product codes)


  • Due to our location, you must be able to travel to the office.,
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred), customer service: 1 year (preferred)
