Full Job Description
- Primarily answering and dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Work closely within an established team to meet daily deadlines
- Processing sales orders
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Managing support cases
- Duty of care for yourself and others
- Accountable for role modelling safe working practices and behaviours.
- Responsible for the proactive reporting and escalation of health and safety issues and concerns as appropriate.
A new position is available for a Part Time Customer Service Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Customer Service Team in a growing business based near Ely with opportunity for future progression. Prior experience in customer Service is essential., Experience in customer service and/or sales role - Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Excellent team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good all-round IT Skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Adept at learning (we have a database of over 2000 product codes)
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred), customer service: 1 year (preferred)
