Full Job Description

We design and distribute a wide portfolio of innovative, standalone keyless door locks and access products for a range of growing markets. Our product innovation is bringing the convenience of access control to new markets, such as short-stay rental property, leisure facilities, music studios, schools and colleges, as well as traditional office buildings. An exciting opportunity has opened for a new member of our Customer Service team at our HQ in Newbury. The role is varied, working in Customer Services, but also assisting our Warehouse team, and our internal Operations Team.

This role would suit someone who has a flexible approach to work, and a 'Can Do' attitude.

Responsibilities

· Provide an exceptional level of customer support via telephone, email, and live chat

· Process orders for account customers, and credit card customers

· Provide customers with formal quotes for orders, and pricing on request

· Arrange for customers to return product for repair as per our warranty terms

· Experience, and confidence using Microsoft Office and other IT software

· Knowledge of CRM systems

· Excellent communication skills

· Previous experience in Customer Services an advantage

· Patience and adaptability,

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred), customer service: 1 year (preferred)
