Full Job Description

As a Customer Service Administrator at TEXA you will be required to deal directly with customers, distributors, and the TEXA Sales Team providing support for all enquiries relating to products, orders, and subscriptions, raising sales orders and invoices on ERP systems, taking credit card payments over the telephone, and assisting in import/export into the Irish market.

  • Previous experience within a sales administration environment.

  • Good working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office packages.

  • Excellent administration skills (orderly files, methodical organisation, and efficient).

  • The ability to work as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication skills in all methods.
