Full Job Description

Covering reception desk, including telephone and face-to-face enquiries

Assisting in running the volunteer centre, including volunteer recruitment processes, arranging meetings and minute taking

Helping the Operations Lead to set up training and conferencing

Working across a number of projects to develop and update social media and Newsletter

Arranging work across the organisation's buildings, liaising with multiple contractors to gain quotes, analysing quotes, produce report of findings to present to the Operations Lead

Ordering stationery or equipment

Helping the Membership Services team to manage and input data on databases

Supporting team members at external events

Working with the payroll team to process payroll and produce HMRC reports

Coach new staff members in Operational Processes
