Full Job Description

We are a small family run business in the pet industry seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in data entry, and have the ability to upsell products or services. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for this role.

Duties:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

- Provide accurate information about products and services

- Upsell products or services to increase revenue

- Maintain customer records by updating account information

- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction

Proficient in English and Spanish (Bilingual/Multilingual)

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
