Full Job Description

Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone & email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate product information
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints or warranty issues by investigating the problem and providing appropriate solutions
- Processing customer orders and advising expected delivery dates
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure effective communication -Maintaining online customers EDI systems - Updating inventory Stock feeds

Ideally 5 years customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional, organised, and resourceful. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to deal with customer inquiries and provide appropriate response
- Ability to work on your own and part of a team - knowledge of Amazon systems and Market Places -Advanced Microsoft Excel - Experience of SAP would be an advantage
